The parking area for this apartment is very generous. There is
not a large amount of lawn space, and that is typical of buildings
located so close to the center of town. However, a public park
and a playground are both located within a 5-minute walk from
a general rule, clean and quiet pets are allowed. However,
there are limitations, and a $300 pet security
deposit is required for all cats, dogs, and certain other pets.
Management reserves the right to refuse any pet that could be
considered dangerous or unsuitable for the size yard, and for
insurance purposes certain dogs (such as Rottweilers and Pit Bulls)
are not allowed.
